The Move For Good Corporate Challenge is Rugby For Good's ultimate corporate team building and social responsibility event. It promotes employee wellbeing and community support through the power
of sport and physical activity.

Attendance: 300 participants across 40 teams
Fundraising Goal: HK$1 million
The event features three levels of fitness challenges for you and your team to challenge yourselves
2. Inclusive Parent-Child Team Challenge:
The parent-child component aims to expose children to different cultures through interaction and play. Through play and interaction, children can learn to appreciate and respect the diversity of others, fostering empathy and understanding.

Each team will be made up of 3 parents and 3 children;

3 parent-child pairs will form each team (with at least one pair coming from our programme participants).
Parent-Child Event
Parent-child activities focus; forming project families and the corporate families as a team. Each corporate team will team up with with families of corporations: Deaf families (HKSOD), NCS families (Ibel), SEN families (SEN School), ADHD families (ADHD project), HKFYG families (HKFYG), Buddy Rugby (The buddy's families), The under-represent families (HKFYG/Community Hub/PLK)

Inclusive Teams

Each team will employ a 'buddy system'

A key role of corporate parent-child pairs will be to support their 'buddy' programme participant pairs.

Education will be provided to support this.
Shared Goal

Teams will work towards a shared goal. For example:

1 sticker (or puzzle piece) placed per lap;

1 token (item) placed in a container per lap.

Scale activities (for inclusion)
Shared Artwork

All teams will contribute towards a final art piece (puzzle etc.) that can symbolise their team efforts towards a shared goal.

This art work will be presented to event partners.

Impact
Funds raised will support Rugby For Good's innovative play-based programs that grow people and communities through rugby. Key beneficiary groups include deaf families, ethnic minorities, special needs families, and underrepresented communities.
