Rugby for ADHD Children's and their Families
BACKGROUND
The Family Rugby Programme for Children with ADHD is a research-backed initiative that uses structured family rugby play to support Chinese families with school-aged children diagnosed with ADHD. Co-developed with the Education University of Hong Kong and CUHK, the programme is grounded in evidence that structured physical activity and positive parent-child interaction can meaningfully reduce ADHD symptoms and strengthen family bonds.
