Jockey Club Rugby United Project
This programme equips Hong Kong youth from diverse social and ethnic backgrounds with essential life skills through rugby. Participants build friendships and mutual understanding while cultivating teamwork, respect, positivity, determination, leadership, and appreciation of diversity.

Tackling Language: Enhancing Second Language and Social Inclusion
This initiative integrates rugby, language appreciation, and social-emotional learning to advance inclusion for non-Chinese speaking students. By building confidence, teamwork, and cultural understanding, it fosters positive individual growth and supports school-wide cultural change.

Social Inclusion Through Sport for the Deaf Community in Hong Kong
In partnership with local deaf organisations, this programme promotes inclusion, confidence, and communication skills among deaf youth through rugby. Seasonal camps, family days, and regular training sessions encourage teamwork and peer connection, enabling participants to engage more fully with the wider community.

Rugby English Active Learning (REAL) Programme
Led by native-English-speaking coaches, the REAL Programme combines rugby and English learning to develop students’ communication skills. Through engaging non-contact rugby activities, participants build language confidence while practising values such as discipline, teamwork, and respect.

Inclusive Rugby Programme
This programme provides inclusive rugby training for students with special educational needs, fostering confidence, teamwork, and social connection. Through the Special Schools Rugby Training and Po Leung Kuk Buddy Rugby programmes, it encourages collaboration between SEN and mainstream students, building pride and mutual understanding.

The Bloomberg Extra Mile Relay: Social Inclusion For Domestic Helpers
This initiative enhances mental health awareness and reduces stigma among Hong Kong’s foreign domestic helper community through rugby. Regular training and competitive leagues promote psychosocial well-being, build confidence, and strengthen support networks.
