Rugby For ADHD Children and Their Families
The ADHD Children's Rugby Program is a specialized initiative designed to support children diagnosed with ADHD by enhancing their social and emotional development through rugby. In partnership with professors from the Education University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the program provides a platform for parents to deepen their understanding of ADHD and improve their parenting techniques.
The program consists of eight weekly sessions, during which children participate in touch rugby activities, acquiring valuable social-emotional skills under the guidance of qualified coaches. Families are encouraged to take part together, strengthening their bonds through shared experiences. Upon completion, participants will have opportunities to connect with local rugby clubs, further engaging with the rugby community and expanding their social networks.
